commission paintings
I will work with the client to create a painting unique to their specifications. I usually work from photographs, so I appreciate having good quality photographs to work from. Communication is important so the client receives the piece they envisioned. Dog and cat portraits are popular commissions, especially to give as a gift.
I can give an estimate based on the size and image desired. Please allow 6 weeks for completion.
Common sizing and prices for pet portraits are as follows:
9" x 12" $400
11" x 14" $450
16" x 20" $575
Custom sizes are available. Price TBD.

Meet the Artist
After extended travels in Italy and France, the love of the region's local produce and flora has become a central theme in my work. I strive to portray a "portrait" of each of my subjects. Painting the beauty of the somewhat mundane object is an inspiring challenge for me. Everything that I paint once had a life and continues to in my oil paintings.
